I think it would have looked strange, Castle rubbing Kate between the eyes. I also like that she didn’t “quickly detach herself,” good call writers!

I agree with the fact that it would have looked a little odd. It’s just a big jump for them. The hands thing was perfect. And I’m glad it all played out the way it did. 

Man, this makes me wish I had access to EVERY Castle script. It’s amazing to see how these things are written.
